For all the aspiring and perspiring young filmmakers out there, here is the story of two 17 year olds from Anchange Productions who set out to make a film with professional actors in Los Angeles shooting on one of the most advanced Panavision 16mm cameras.

This was not their first professional film, but their second shot on location in Los Angeles. They were able to secure the advanced camera through a generous grant from Panavision who lends their equipment to "people who know what they are doing".

Voice Films, Culver City High School, students, friends and businesses supported their production. Filmmaking is a collaborative art and through sharing we have demonstrated how to learn and grow consistent with the principles of positive youth development. The people who helped are all remarkable people.

Their next project is a feature length film. Pretty cool.

PS: Many of these pictures and the narrative came from Scott Norton who traveled to LA to work on the production. Scott is talented.
